From hello to your first project — about three weeks.

Within one business day — we email back to find a walkthrough time. If you mentioned a specific part of the job — pay apps, closeout, subs — we'll make sure the right person joins.
Walkthrough (30 minutes) — a real tour using the work your team already does. Bring questions; we bring screens.
Plan recommendation — a one-page summary: which plan fits, what setup looks like, and how it compares to what you run today.
Setup kick-off — once you're in, we schedule a working session for cost codes, chart of accounts, and your first project. Most teams are productive in 2–3 weeks.
First project goes live — usually a job in early pre-con or buyout, so it can grow up inside AOS rather than being migrated mid-flight.
