From form to first project — about three weeks.

Within one business day — we email you back to confirm a demo time. If you mentioned a specific module, we line up the right person to show it.
Demo (30 minutes) — a real walkthrough on a real project. We don't run scripted product tours. Bring questions; we bring screens.
Plan recommendation — we send a one-page recommendation: which plan, what implementation looks like, and how it'll integrate with what you have.
Implementation kick-off — once you sign, we schedule a working session for chart of accounts, cost codes, and your first ITB. Most teams are productive in 2–3 weeks.
First project goes live — usually a job in early pre-con, so it can grow up inside AOS rather than being migrated mid-flight.
